There is a lot of heft to these cups that make them feel like they are dense and they seem to hold heat very well right before my shot of espresso. I've noticed that the curved bottom seems to help with some of the spattering that tends to happen with the first part of a shot of espresso as it falls into the cup as well. 10/10 would recomend and order again

I have an eclectic collection of branded demitasse and this was a nice addition that goes with my new Olympia Express Mina lever unit. If you have an OE machine, you may want some of these cups to round out your ensemble. Nice cup but the design is rather plain and disappointing when compared against branded drinkware from Illy, Lavazza, Bezerra, Rancilio, and ECM and generic ceramic products from Not Neutral and Ancap.
