When I buy kitchen equipment I want something that will last decades, is high quality, built for purpose and aesthetically pleasing. This milk pitcher meets all these criteria. It adds to the enjoyable experience of making my espresso every day.

This frothing pitcher is the perfect balance of size and wieght for a double cappuccino. Every other pitcher is made of thin stainless that feels cheap. This one has both heft and has a great shape for getting and blending great microfoam.

There is nothing really exceptional about this milk jug, it’s the small details that add up. The jug is heavy weight stainless it seems almost twice as thick as a normal jug. This helps keep the steamed milk at temperature until you’re ready to pour. The spout is a perfect angle to guide the steaming wand to the right spot for frothing. It has a nice narrow tip for pouring art. It’s an expensive milk jug, but it should last a lifetime.
