    Longer to cook

    I just started trying a gluten free diet. These were different from “ regular” pasta and maybe that’s to be expected. I had to let them cook 14 min. They were fine. Less than that and they were too chewy. After trying them with different dishes I’d say I was pretty happy if I HAVE to be on a gluten free diet. I don’t so I might keep these on hand for a friend who does but I prefer standard pasta.
