After a little mishap, that John the owner? Handled with great professionalism, my carafe arrived home. It replaces an older version that had fallen apart. I like this one much better. It looks more modern and sturdy and safer to put in the dishwasher, than the old version with chrome plating. The communication with the owner was easy at resolving the issue that had happened independantly of his will. I will definitely recommend this business for customer care.

When our milk was no longer frothing, we decided to try the easy fix and swap out the carafe instead of trying to find a replacement top. Shipping was fast and problem solved.

Looks identical to what we replaced and works like it did on day 1! Would purchase from Cirini again.

Fabulous machine. We enjoy making cappuccino and macchiato literally every morning. Great for entertaining as anyone can have any drink just the way they like it. Cerini offered great advice and service. I go there on a monthly basis for everything I need.
