    Manitoba Flour

    The Selezione Casillo - Farina Tipo "0" Manitoba flour is the key ingredient in making my no knead rustic Italian bread. I use Manitoba flour in combination with Italian Tipo 00 flour and Italian whole grain flour to create the perfect loaf. Manitoba flour insures good texture and a great rise in the oven.
